Welcome to Loving Every Part of You. 

Do you try your best to appear confident, but deep down, feel unworthy? Do you struggle to feel at home in your own skin, or feel confident in who you are? Do you only love some parts of yourself, but struggle to deeply love all of you? If so, then this course is for you. This course will teach you how to love every part of yourself so you can feel more confident, emotionally balanced, and comfortable in your own skin. 

Through this course, you can…

  • Become less critical of yourself, and more self-accepting and self-loving instead
  • Feel more confident in who you are
  • Become more comfortable in your own skin and feel freer to be authentically “you”
  • Befriend all parts of yourself, even the parts of you that feel like inner demons, and become your own best friend 

In this course, you will learn how to open up to your own inner loving light that is naturally compassionate and shine its light on all parts of yourself in a dynamic and experiential inner journey. This includes parts you like, parts you don’t know very well, parts that seem like inner demons, and inner child parts of yourself. And if self-love is hard for you, don’t worry. You will also learn how to connect to an inner compassionate guide who can help you along your journey.

This course contains 10 lessons that are about 10-15 minutes in length. The lessons combine lectures with experiential meditation practice to help you experience love deeply, as well as a bonus module. This course also contains a workbook, which will provide a special place to write down your experiences.

As a result of this course, many people experience more self-understanding, self-love, inner harmony, and wholeness. They often find it easier to love themselves automatically, and even to give this love to others in their lives as well. The material in this course is inspired by IFS theory, Parts Work, shadow work, inner child work, shamanism, loving-kindness, and self-compassion. 

My name is Emma, and I’m the instructor. In my day job, I’m a clinical therapist in St. Louis Missouri. I’m also an online inner work educator and guide and I make personal growth courses. I decided to make this course because I saw how deeply and profoundly self-love transforms the lives of my clients, and I wanted to share that with the world. 

Please note that this course is not a clinical therapeutic tool, and those who experience mental health struggles should consult with their medical or mental health providers about its suitability for their needs. I’m excited to guide you on this journey. See you in the course!
